Pantai Kok - The Pretty Beach
After the tiring walk up the hill to the waterfall, we stopped at the Pantai Kok beach -- to wind down. It was midday and the sun was shining -- so hot!
Pantai Kok was amazing. The beach was clean with pure white sand. And, it was not polluted with debris like Pantai Cenang. In short, it was picture perfect!
This pretty stretch of beach is 24.8 km away from Kuah- on the western side of Langkawi Island.
It has streches of white sand and swaying palms - an ideal place for you spend hours lazing and enjoying the view of the yachts and boats drifting gently against the blue backdrop of the Andaman sea.
Resorts are dotted along the shore, offering the most pleasant accommodation.
Under the shade of some trees, we had some snacks while enjoying the beautiful beach view.
The area is naturally quieter and more secluded than Cenang Beach and makes an ideal romantic getaway or a tranquil honeymoon place.
