Langkawi Crocodile Farm is situated at Datai Bay, Langkawi - which is just 32km north of Kuah Town. Also known as Taman Buaya Langkawi, this amazing place is home to more than 1,000 crocodiles, including several rare ones, as well as some alligators.

The crocodile farm which is registered with the Convention on International Trade and Endangered Species (CITES), covers a space about 8ha (20 acres) and definitely a wow! must-see.

It has one of the largest number of crocodile and alligator species in the world. An interesting walk through the farm will bring you past a 'baby' crocodile pond, a species pond, a breeding pond, a feeding pond, a jumping pond and lots more! The antics of the friendly and well-disciplined crocodiles at their daily shows are very entertaining.

You can witness a unique wrestling match of "man vs crocodile" - it's the battle of the day! Have you been making new friends while in Langkawi? Not yet? Then, make friends with Bujang Kawi, the oldest croc born without teeth, weighting over 454kg (1,000 pounds) and has a length of over four metres.

Watch out! Many big crocodiles would suddenly jump from the water to catch the food thrown into the middle of the pond. See it with your own eyes as the fierce and hungry beast grabbing the food with their huge sharp teeth, uh.. exciting yet scary.
