Harley Davidson In Langkawi
13 countries that will be taking part in the Harley Davidson Owners Group (HOG) rally in Malaysia.
During the six-day event, bikers from around the world will be riding from Kuala Lumpur to the island of Langkawi. This is the fourth time that a HOG rally has been organised in Malaysia.

Langkawi Hospital Need Equipment
Medical cases in Langkawi, including those of accident victims, still have to be referred to the hospital here due to lack of facilities at the Langkawi Hospital.
The resort island is also in dire need of a sea ambulance to transport victims as bumpy rides on passenger ferries were not advisable for those suffering from concussion.
Many accident victims transferred by ferries had either died on the way or at the hospital on the mainland, according to Langkawi district officer Mansor Ismail.

Spreads Anti-Drug Message
Five hundred volunteers travelled in more than 50 vehicles on a two-day trip to Langkawi to tell the public, especially the youngsters, to stay away from drugs.
They were from Penang (200 participants), Kedah (140) and Perlis (160) and they were taking part in the Kembara Merdeka 2007 - Generasi Merdeka Bebas Dadah programme organised by the National Drug Agency (ADK).
The participants were from youth organisations, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and village development and security committees.
